In 2001, he established his own döner production facility in Berlin. Since then, the company has experienced continuous and dynamic growth. Today, a steadily expanding team produces large volumes each month to meet increasing demand.
Despite this growth, one principle remains unchanged: uncompromising quality and purity. Mehmet Şimşek is personally involved in the daily operations, overseeing the inspection of raw ingredients, the quality of the meat, and every step of the production process — ensuring it meets the high standards of his family's long-standing tradition.
